Shirodhara is performed by pouring a gentle, steady, and relaxing stream of herbal oil on your scalp, forehead, and neck. In addition, Abhyanga is a gentle massage performed with light pressure on these areas, allowing the oil to soothe and nourish, revitalizing and relaxing the head, scalp, and neck.
