Gently exfoliate 24 to 48 hours before and avoid heavy moisturizers or sun exposure on the day. Ensure hair is at least one quarter inch long for effective removal. Arrive clean and wear comfortable clothing; we provide a private, professional service.

Some discomfort is normal, especially on sensitive areas, but the service is quick and our therapists use calming techniques and high-quality wax to reduce pain. Regular waxing usually becomes less uncomfortable over time as hair thins and skin adapts.

Hair should be about one quarter inch (around 6 mm) so the wax can grip properly. If hair is too short the wax won't remove it; if too long it can increase discomfort, so trim slightly if needed before your appointment.

Avoid hot baths, swimming pools, saunas, and intense exercise for 24 to 48 hours. Wear breathable cotton underwear and loose clothing, avoid exfoliation for 48 hours, and apply soothing aloe or recommended products to reduce redness and prevent ingrown hairs.

Most clients return every four to six weeks depending on personal hair growth. Regular visits promote finer regrowth and easier sessions. We will suggest a tailored schedule based on your cycle and preferences at your first appointment.

We assess skin and medical history during booking. Many sensitive-skin clients can be waxed using gentle techniques and hypoallergenic wax, but some conditions—open sores, severe dermatitis, or recent chemical peels—may require postponement or medical advice.
